Amazon rocks? Say it ain't so!

I know. Ain't it something. So I've been going round and round with them to display the paperback of Never Ceese which is in print instead of the hardback of Never Ceese which isn't in print and is no longer something I make any money off of AND they finally did it!!! Okay so it took like about 50 e-mails back and forth, give or take 10 or 20 BUT they did it.

Then after telling me that they wouldn't remove the bundling option from my book page nor would they stop bundling books with mine that come through exclusive Christian publishers who don't support non-affiliated Christian authors such as myself, THEY DID IT! Well they didn't remove the option but they did bundle my book with another one of MY books.

How cool is that?

Way cool!

    They're getting there. ;) This last experience with them as been very nice. Did you know they have a consouler? I called customer support and they put me through to what I thought was Author Central and the woman on the phone confirmed after a moment that she was actually a counselor for Amazon and couldn't really help me at all. I'm not lying. She said she was a conselour. LOLROFL So I kept her on the phone for a while to discuss other issues I had in my life at the moment. Hey, I figured I get my moneys worth. ;)
